Customer Service Reception
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Customer Service Reception. You will be a key member at the heart of our operation. To ensure that service administration duties are controlled and processed to a high standard to included excellent customer satisfaction. This is a busy hands-on role, which offers a wide range of duties such as planning of schedule servicing, repairs and MOT bookings, job creation, obtaining and updating of order numbers, liaising with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced, retail invoice costing. We are looking for a candidate with enthusiasm and a dynamic personality who will share our energy and passion and contribute to our ongoing success.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and computer skills, experience in the automotive industry is preferred by not essential. You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry. Full training will be given.
The successful candidate will be working within and alongside the Service and Parts Teams.
Vehicle Technician
We have a fantastic opportunity for Vehicle Technician to join our friendly team. The role is to carry out all aspects of service, repair and maintenance work on commercial vehicles that are booked into the workshop. You will liaise with the Workshop Controller and Service Team to ensure the best customer service for our customers. We are looking for a candidate with enthusiasm and a dynamic personality who will share our energy and passion and contribute to our ongoing success.
The Technician will be responsible for carrying out vehicle repairs in accordance with manufacturer’s procedures within standard times set.
Duties will include:
· Vehicle inspection
· General servicing
· Fault diagnosis
· Repair of vehicle defects
· Road test vehicles
· MOT preparation/presentation
· Breakdown/roadside assistance and call out duty
· Completion of all required paperwork accurately
